MOSCOW, Oct 2 (PRIME) -- Sweden’s Telia Company plans to sell 5.65% in one of Russia’s largest mobile operators MegaFon through its subsidiary Sonera Holding B.V., cutting its stake in MegaFon to 19.5%, Telia Company said in a statement on Monday.
The company plans to close the deal on Thursday.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, and Morgan Stanley act as joint bookrunners for the deal, Telia Company said.
